    Description

      maybe the value check is not correct as I cannot find such registry
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\VisualStudio\\10.0\\VC\\VCRedist\\x64
      Installed

      I did find a registy entry here:
      Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\VisualStudio\10.0\VC\VCRedist\x64\Installed
