Add 'base64' dependency to B2Qt images

    Description

      Qt Creator 8 deviceshell feature requires 'base64' as a mandatory dependency when doing device test. Add the dependency to B2Qt images.

      However this would mean that older B2Qt versions cannot be added to 'Devices' with QtC 8 or newer...
