Windows/125%: Borders of "Layout" sometimes disappear in Qt Designer.

    Description

      For example, I put the "Horizontal Layout" into the window and then drag it. Sometimes the Left or Top border disappears. Here is the demo:

       

       

      Resolution of the screen: 1920x1080

      Scale of the screen: 125%
