syncqt: Return with error if checks are failing

    Description

      Syncqt - and therefore the Qt CI - should block integrations of patches that introduce new syncqt warnings. These are most prominently warnings like

        WARNING: qssgrenderpass_p.h does not have the "We mean it." warning
