Webengine extremely slow in loading webpage in debug build

    Description

      Some webpages takes ages to load in debug build. To reproduce one can use following url
      https://earth.google.com/web/
      in Qt's example WebEngine Widgets Simple Browser" and also the "WebEngine Quick Nano Browser".
      Same Url works okay if both above browser is build in release but it will take more than 10 minute in debug build.
      This seems mostly affected on Mac and on windows. Linux performance is way better.
