QQmlApplicationEngine::loadFromModule does not handle pure QML modules

      We currently rely on QQmlMetaType::typeModule to return a module. However, if there is only a qmldir (and no qmltyperegistrar generated QQmlModuleRegistration), then that call will not return anything.
