Add rvalue overload of QVariant::fromStdVariant()

    Description

      When QVariant::fromStdVariant() was added for 5.11, we didn't have an rvalue overload of QVariant::fromValue(). Qt 6.6 will have one, so it's time we added one for fromStdVariant(), too.
