stray DLLs in DESTDIR despite DLLDESTDIR being set

    Description

      When building Qt on Windows, it creates DLL's in the lib directory, and copies them to the bin directory. This is perfectly fine, but the lib directory should really only contain import libraries and .prl files. The DLL's there serve absolutely no purpose, and can only cause confusion.
