QtWebengine build fails on pure wayland

    Description

      On Archlinux and Weston system, latest qtwebengine tries to include x11 related files. Manual editing of tools/v8_context_snapshot/qt_overrides.cc is necessary to fix the build.

      Qtwebengine also fails to build unless -DQT_FEATURE_webengine_vaapi=OFF is added to cmake.
