QMimeDatabase: add {{mimeTypesForSuffix}}

QMimeDatabase::mimeTypesForFileName() eventually strips the suffix(es) off the given filename and searches the appropriate MIME types.

If it is required to find MIME types for a given extension, you have to add a fictive filename to it, because there is no extension based API.
