Unable to print at all if the first page of multi page document is not printed

    Description

      To reproduce, open any web page in Simple browser example and try to print it so that first page is not selected to be printed. For example set printing range to 2-3 pages only.

      This causes a message to be generated:

      Failure to generate QImage from PDF data: index out of bounds.
