User control issues in QML Media Player with WASM

There are several issues with the user controls in QML Media player example with WASM:

1. Mute button is enabled but does not mute volume even if it shows a muted symbol
2. Volume slider does nothing even if it can be moved
3. Video scroll bar can not be dragged
4. Sound continues to play after selecting File -> Exit
5. While paused, rate slider can be pulled, but label "Rate 1.0x" label does not update. Updates fine while playing.
6. Double clicking in window takes away titlebar and menubar. Double clicking again makes app smaller and brings back the menu and title bar. Then, double clicking again maximises the window and takes away menubar/titlebar.
7. It is not possible to paste into the File->URL Text box
