QSqlTableModel: insertColumns requires select() to be called before

      If you create a class inherited from QSqlTableModel that uses insertColumns() to add for example calculated columns, the call to insertColumns must follow after a call to select(). If you first call insertColumns() and after that select(), no columns get added to the model. No error message gets created.
