Add a warning text into the Installer's "archive tooltip"

    Description

      This task is related to QTIFW-3305: Please see comment from Katja Marttila: "My job is done - please add the warning to Archive tooltip"

      --> some updates are needed into the packaging side for the following use case:

      When using packages from the archive we need to tell the user that those might contain unfixed security vulnerabilities. Something similar than we are now showing in download.qt.io/archive. 

      Let's add the text into the Archive tooltip and at the top header area of the widget after the archive filter is clicked on. 

      Note! installer's changes will be part on Installer 4.8 release.
