Provide some mechanism to customize ordering of generated lists

For QC we use \ingroup, \generatelist and \annotatedlist to automatically generate lists on the overview page.

They are ordered alphabetically, but it would be more nice if they would have some "priority", "weight", or similar mechanism to have better control over the ordering.

Original alphabetical ordering should still be possible (and default) as this would make sense for other cases like reference.
