Mac OS X Cocoa: Clicks near button borders are ignored (includes test app)

      I have small buttons (12x8). They work in 4.6. Fail in 4.7.

      I've attached a test application (again: works in 4.6, fails in 4.7).

      Run the test application and try to click in the red button. It should output "s2" in the application output. Under 4.7 it does not.

      This seems to have something to do with clicking near the borders of a button. If you try the green button near the edges, it also fails. Clicking in the middle of the green button seems to work in all cases.
