'running' does not work properly when bound to a value in the standalone animation case

      Added qml example to reproduce the problem,

      It looks like componentFinalized is never being called on the animation (the registration is happening when bindings are evaluated, at which point. we are already working with a local copy of the list of things that need finalization)
