Investigate whether it is possible to get rid of the is_using_gnupoc scheme

    Description

      git grep for is_using_gnupoc in Qt, and see the corresponding qmake scopes. We should try to get rid of those duplicate sections in a way that doesn't break on case sensitive platforms.
