Qml Plugins not loaded when installed on different drives

Install packages from http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.php/Qt_4.7_for_Symbian%5E3_-_developer_version on Mass Memory.
Install the new packages attached in the bug to mass memory.( Now the qt.lab.* plugins would be installed to e: and webkitqml plugin to c
Now launch qmlviewer and try to open a qml app which uses particles plugin.
Now try to open qml app which uses webkit plugin.

Actual Result -
Either of the app fails. In my case its the webkit based app(web browser) that fails, but we had a user who was not able to load particles plugin.

Expected Result -
Both apps should load.
