Add an option to IntValidator to reject group separators.

    Description

      IntValidator accepts strings which include group separators (comma, period, other depending on locale) which is not always the desired behavior.

      QLocale has a numberOptions property which includes an option to reject group separators when parsing numbers, IntValidator may benefit from a similar option.
