Drag and Drop regression in Designer

      The problem is reproducible with the attached example. With Designer (4.7.2) open the attached .ui and try to reorder the tabs. In some cases the dragged tab disappears instead of being moved.

      This doesn't happen with 4.7.1, the commit 36438bc216f939acd4e6772847d435e2e77d41c3 seems to be causing this problem, when reverted, the reordering works fine.
