TextEdit mouse selection doesn't work when the field is ReadOnly and selectByMouse is initially false but set to true during the mouse event sequence.

      Try the attached qml application to see the different behavior on TextEdit mouseSelection compared to TextInput.

      Currently on read only TextEdit, the selectByMouse needs to be true when the press event is handled.

      Our custom behavior requires that we can enable the selectByMouse only after certain conditions are met during the mouse event sequence.
