Flickable needs mouseReleased signal

    Description

      I need to know when the user releases the mouse button or lifts the finger
      after interacting with the flickable, whether a flick was initiated or just
      some dragging.

      The movmentEnded and flickEnded singals are only trigged once the flickable
      top moving, which is too late for my use case.
