The source declaration of a .sci file should allow quotes

If creating a BorderImage element using an sci file, setting the source of said file to:

source:image.png

works, but

source:"image.png"

does not. It would be nice to allow the use of quotes, as it is a string and would be easy to strip from the parsing anyhow.
