The emotion symbols break the text and the cursor jumps to the beginning in Arabic text

The attached application renders the Arabic text incorrectly.

Expected behavior:
The emoticon should be placed on the left of the first string. Second string should be placed on the left of the emoticon.

Actual behavior:
The emoticon breaks the text and the cursor jumps at the beginning.
