More fully implement Firebug console API in QML

    Description

      API can be seen at:

      http://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Console_API

      This API is also available in Safari and Chrome (a limited subset is also available in IE via Developer Tools).

      Some methods may not be applicable in QML environment, but it would be nice to have all (or at least more) of those that are (trace/time/profile are all of interest to me)
