Inappropriate use of #if 0 in collections autotest

In qtbase/tests/auto/integrationtests/collections/tst_collections.cpp, there are three blocks of test code that are disabled with "#if 0". These blocks were all disabled before the tests were imported into the Qt repository in June 2006, so there is no history to explain these changes

If the tests are still appropriate, they should be re-enabled and any failures that this reveals should be handled by adding QEXPECT_FAIL calls to the test and raising bug reports for the bugs. If the tests are no longer appropriate, they should be removed.
