Animation docs incorrectly say that some animations can be used outside of transitions when they can't

This is the case for AnchorAnimation and ParentAnimation.

e.g. This should be removed from the docs: "Like any other animation element, a ParentAnimation can be applied in a number of ways, including transitions, behaviors and property value sources. The QML Animation documentation shows a variety of methods for creating animations."
