mapviewer: marker lose it's coordinate when panning after setting new coordinate to it

      Step to reproduce:

      • start mapviewer
      • create a marker
      • Long Press on it
      • Select "Move to"
      • set new coordinate
      • pan map
        Marker remains at the centre of the screen during panning.
