testlib: All benchmark iterations should be counted as a single test, not one test per iteration.

A side-effect of the recent change to improve counting of test results for data-driven tests is that each accumulation iteration of a benchmark test now reports its own result. The majority view is that the full benchmark run should report a single pass, fail or skip.
