QML not a mark-up language

http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.7-snapshot/qml-tutorial.html says "This tutorial gives an introduction to QML, the mark up language for Qt Quick."
Should read something like: This tutorial gives an introduction to QML, the declarative language for Qt Quick
