Panning map or moving map items across the dateline breaks from time to time. We need to implement better tests to catch them in order to prevent future regression.

Tests should cover:
1. panning map across the dateline
2. drawing map items over the dateline
3. dragging map items away from the dateline
4. dragging map items onto the dateline
5. dragging map items onto the edge of screen
