Scroll bar arrows in QScrollBar does not obey invertedControl property.

Run example in %QTDIR%\examples\widgets\sliders.
Select "invert key bindings"
(note that when starting the example application, default values are not set to checkboxes)
Press arrow keys from QScrollBar -> keys are not inverted
Keys are not inverted also when using context menus: Top, Bottom, Page up, Page down, Scroll up and Scroll down
