Issues with qtmultimedia examples

/examples/qtmultimedia/videowidget

1) Run example ./videowidget -style native
2) Select "Open..."
3) Try to open drop-down list for 'Files of type'

RESULT: My machine hangs, only option is to use power button.

1) Download video file http://momedia.kyte.tv/mv/ref/1105/04/12/3189357-devdays2010_qtinuse_introducin_mp4-repack.mp4?e=1339545599&h=28358c5875a326d0becc930980ba7c0e

2) Open it with videowidget. Sound - Yes. Video - No.
Same example on linux Totem video player. Sound - Yes. Video - Yes.
Same video works as expected with other example from qtmultimedia repository (/examples/qtmultimedia/player)

/examples/qtmultimedia/player

1) Use same video as in previous test case.
2) Switch to full screen;

RESULT: Black full-screen, no video. This example was tested on machine with 2 screens.

1) Run examples from command line

RESULT: Segmentation fault

1) Go into example directory

RESULT: No binary available.

/examples/qtmultimedia/audiooutput

1) Go into example directory

RESULT: Odd name for binary "audiooutput audiooutput". It should be single "audiooutput"

/examples/qtmultimedia/camera

1) Run example

RESULT:

defaultServiceProvider::requestService(): no service found for - "org.qt-project.qt.radio"

Similar error message for camera example:

defaultServiceProvider::requestService(): no service found for - "org.qt-project.qt.camera"
