mouse wheel doesn't work for scroll bar when 10.8 build deployed on 10.6

    Description

      I used qt5/qtbase/examples/tools/plugandpaint
      build on 10.8, and use macdeployqt, then copy to 10.6
      in the plugin dialog, can't use mouse wheel to scroll
      it does work on 10.8
