Developer Guides are out of date

http://qt-project.org/wiki/Developer-Guides is out of date in several respects. The links all point to the nokia state, and the particles examples don't run anymore.

This is on the wiki, but I can't really fix it myself because
A) I don't know the new digia versions of the links, just replacing nokia with digia didn't work.
B) I'm not sure what to do about all the pdf/epub/mobi documents generated from it.

Furthermore as a sort of 'fixed' publication I'm not sure if this should be on the wiki, and perhaps it would be best just to mention which parts are out of date?
