QML Loader should allow forced completion

    Description

      The object returned by component.incubateObject() contains a method to force synchronous completion of object creation. This is useful as sometimes you want to incubate an object in the background, and then when it is needed force it to completion if not already complete.

      This same functionality would be useful with Loader.
