QHttpMultipart: implement seek() for the internal QHttpMultiPartIODevice

This will require some logic upon which devices to reset completely and which devices to seek to etc.

E.g. QNonContiguousByteDevice seek()s to the initial position if uploading failed (upon e.g. remote host closed etc.).
