Many shortcuts can't use if build QtCreator 2.7 HEAD based Qt5.1 HEAD

      1. Build QtCreator 2.7 latest HEAD use Qt 5.1 stable with latest HEAD too.
      2. try: `Ctrl+Shift+U` or `Ctrl+Shift+R` or `Alt+G,Alt+Shift+D`, will see many shortcuts does not work.
