Strange values for QT_TOOL variables

      I just tried out the 5.1 beta and for some reason the qtbase/mkspecs/modules/qt_tool_* files contain strange values that broke UIC invocations for example.

      QT_TOOL.uic.command = "(set PATH=D:\\5.1beta\\qtbase\\lib;%%PATH:)=^)%%) & D:\\5.1beta\\qtbase\\bin\\uic.exe"

      Visual Studio complains about )%) then.
