QFileDialog and Qml give CGContextGetCTM: invalid context 0x0 error on Mac

Create a QFileDialog before creating a QQuickView and there are various CGContext errors:

CGContextGetCTM: invalid context 0x0
CGContextGetDefaultUserSpaceToDeviceSpaceTransform: invalid context 0x0

Run Qmake. make. Run executable (not .app, but the actual executable) from Terminal on Mac OS. See errors appear in Terminal.

Or use Qt Creator included with Qt 5.1.0RC.
