[autotest] tst_qquicktextinput::setHAlignClearCache() keeps failing on ci

tst_qquicktextinput::setHAlignClearCache() is constantly failing. Out of 89 last Qt5 stable CI rounds, where win32-msvc2010_developer-build_angle_Windows_7 got executed this test failed avery time.
