Android: Broken Positioning of Child Windows/Widgets.

1. Positioning of child widgets by auto-positioning as well as by move() is broken.
Instead, non-modal dialog (see the attached example) is wrongly placed to
to upper-left corner of the main window;

2. Moving of the already displayed window is broken.

3. In some cases, non-modal dialog behaves as a modal and prevents
access to Move Dialog button;

All the above works properly on linux-32 X-Window system

There's no workaround.
