Context Menu Error in Code Editor

    Description

      Context menu in code editor is displayed incorrectly - either smaller or bigger than required. Also at a wrong position. The bug is present when built with Qt 5.1.0 (Qt 4.x builds are fine), for example the one installed from:
      qt-windows-opensource-5.1.0-msvc2012_opengl-x86_64-offline.exe
      and the one built with:
      qt-windows-opensource-5.1.0-mingw48_opengl-x86-offline.exe
