eglfs still tries to create socket notifiers during construction

The QEglFSScreen constructor results in creating socket notifiers when building with evdev and libudev enabled. The warning message shown (QSocketNotifier: Can only be used with threads started with QThread) is nothing fatal since the QDeviceDiscovery instance is not used for listening anyway, but this needs to be corrected by only setting the mouse cursor up from initialize().
