Keyboard input not working after Qt Creator start

After starting Qt Creator keyboard input doesn't work.
Neither in the locator nor the editor.
But shortcuts are still working.
When I click on the category selector in the locator or close a project everything goes back to normal.

(Un)fortunately it doesn't happen every time. But when it happens I can restart Qt Creator several times and the problem persists.
