Install 'doc', 'examples' only once per Qt version

    Description

      We should share the toolchain-agonstic parts between different toolchain packages.

      Right now we ship 'doc' , 'examples' directories in every toolchain package. Given that they should be identical copies this is wasted space/bandwith.

      I suggest to make these directories part of the generic Qt package owning the toolchain packages. Also candidates for unification are 'phrasebooks', 'translations' .
