PathView delegates constantly created when cacheItemCount is set

    Description

      When using the cacheItemCount property of the PathView, in certain cases it will continuously create and destroy items and never stop.

      Attached is a simple example demonstrating the problem. You may need to drag the items before the issue is seen.
