Description
When using Orca on Linux via at-spi to review a Qt5 application window, using the Orca laptop keyboard layout, I find that I need to execute commands with multiple modifiers in a specific order.
For example, to move flat review to the top of the window, I perform the keystroke Caps lock + Control + U. Under GNOME/GTK apps, I can press and hold caps lock and control in any order, whereas under Qt, I have to press Control first, followed by caps lock.
