[Reg 4->5] Windows: Calling setGeometry to minimized window does not update window itself when window is restored

When calling setGeometry() or resize() to a minimized window, it does not update QMainWindow itself. However, the child widgets have a new size and those are clipped. Please see attached image and example for further details
